I've been in Florida for the last five days and am headed to Ohio tomorrow for about a week, then the day I get back I am meeting my brother for some riding/camping in Pisgah. I ended up going to the doctor to have my knee checked out from the Cowbell Challenge as it had still been bothering me. The doctor did some examining and x-rayifying and determined that I have some tears in my LCL and Meniscus in my left knee...so I've been off the bike for a number of days now according to doctor's orders, but I hope to ride with some of the guys I used to work with at eddys back in Ohio. I should have some serious bloggage and photos going when I get home from travelling. Perhaps Cyclewrench can take over for me while I am gone!
